Neo-Victorian Bolero, black with short puff sleeves. This is an up-cycled piece with altered art. One of a kind. Among the beautiful layers of ruffles around the neckline are ten guardian skulls. Each skull is handmade from clay, stained and sealed.
Bolero has a snap closure center front.
